Here's the artpiece done by us..It's for the team building session organize by motorola..hehe..we are supposed to draw out the faces of a particular person given by our big boss, so that people could guess who are we drawing..

The fat fat female is drawn by vivi..and the old uncle is drawn by mi..hees..well we enjoy the process of doing it..(warning give by vivi dad's: 7month coming don't anyhow make dolls) LOLS!

Well..yea its the four of us..bestie(: taken when back to school on tuesday..yea misses them always(:

this event is held on 18th July and we just receive our photos~ haha
anyway we are supposed to help out the Motorolans at NYP(volunteers)
ok, shall let the photos speak

today when edna, me and vince take bus home
we saw a ~
weird ah ma!
let me tell you why..
ok..we wait and wait, finally bus 8 come
and as usual it is flooded with people, so we try hard to get on
edna purposely place her hand on the door so that no one cut queues
THEN the ah ma came
amazingly, she grab edna hand and throw to one side and rush on the bus
i immediately shouted !OMG!
and and and,, the ah ma heard and turn back to smile at us

dam lame la..lucky she is ah ma if not confirm scream at her

after reaching home, get ready..we meet again

today was cup noodles day! haha =D
nana ate chicken abalone flavour and i ate chicken flavour
inside the cold office, drinking hot soup and sipping noodles ^_^ YUM

then we decided to open the tapioca crackers,,nana thinks its too spicy
HAHA

soon, its milo time..quite plain cause the milo powder spoilt..lol

before going home, we took some free biscuits

and yes, after figuring out for 2 days, our small problem(checking) is finally solved!!

finally ...after 1 month, we started working on our project
so many requirements yet so little time
can we finish them all in time? or extend project during holidays?
or fail?(touchwood la)

just hope the nightmare could end soon

we are lazy to travel so just went to Tech Point(building beside NEPES) for lunch

after sometime, 1st plate is ready, then we wait and wait for the 2nd plate but to no avail
i abit lazy to ask the person when is it gonna be ready, then the lady boss i guess came to ask us..
she: EH.. how come you all still here? waiting for?
we: huh, got another plate ma, we ordered 2 plates
she: aiyo...sorry sorry, that lady always blur blur one..wait awhile more

when the 2nd plate is ready, the lady boss just gave us and say
auntie treat you all eat la, that 1st plate cold already not nice to eat le
dun need pay!
we were dam shocked..haha

in the end,
our lunch cost $1.50 each =D

1Month old in Motorola~

okays~ time to update blog(:
it has been a some time ever since we update(: Today was a happy day because its FRIDAY..which means..WEEKENDS coming plus vesak day holiday(:

OH YA..this is the building NEPES(NERDS)=X that we worked in..near us there is a big patch of grass filled with many chameleons!!argh!!

just a normal day again today..slack around..drink milo..vivi adding MSN emoticons..us watching youtube..did study the codes in the morning..but..again nothing was done..just do those simple stuffs like getting files from the sever from mr. patrick!

today is oso about a month in motorola..we seems to be giving up as there is not much progress..10REQUIREMENTS was laid out..but none of it we have confident in completing it..sigh...

post past few days...

on tuesday, we went back to TP again..this time for real..came to seek help from steven tan..but he push us to wilson siew..alrights afterall he is quite nice..teaches us the basics of JSP and clear some curiousity in our mind..he give us a thinking that he is mr ng chee leong..talk talk talk that we almost become "tak tou ku" again..lol..

can't remember what day was it..vivi bought Cheeseballs!it was yummy(: we still hav another packet in our locker..soon our locker would be filled with plentiful of SNACKS!!its boring over there..thats why we need food to keep us awake..haha..for me..i bought potato chips and MUFFINS!yum yum..i know people who read this will say.."hmm soon you 2 will grow fat after returning TP" ok..we think dats true..beside being fat going back school, our hair would also turn WHITE!the project is really stressful..100+files 10000+lines of codes..OMG...

HAPPY GOOD DAY!!!(:

alright today is a very happy day compared to other days spent in motorola(:

let mi start the adventure ^_^

its the first morning where me and vivi decided to try the new route to NEPES!
we met up at the library bus stop at around 7.15am..vivi arrived more earlier then me!Usually we took 72 all the way from one end to the other end and change to 86..BUT today we took 27 from the bus stop and change to bus 86 after travelling the highway..went up bus 86 and vivi saw her frds..her friends said that the bus 86 can reach our work place at 8.15?!!which is very early for us cos we start work at 9am
-.-..okay, so really we reach dere very early..well as compared to bus 72, 27 is a much better choice, and also its faster!(: we decided to meet a little later tml so that we can SLP!waking up everyday at 6am is no fun!!very sleepy-__-

okay, back to office time..hmm early in the morning we started reading some notes we got from the CEN students..read read read till we both become very sleepy n becum "tak tao ku" again =X in order not to fall aslp, i decided to stand up and read those notes!~.~

it was around noon when bryan came to our desk and ask how's our progress..again its a disappointment, as we did nth?bryan ask us to call up zhi wei(guy frm the previous batch who did the project) to ask how to do the connections..but we both tink that through phone its very hard to explain..so we decided to use MSN..he did assist us a little..vivi tried to debug here n dere n flood him with alot questions=X

FINALLY............ vivi suddenly JUMP up with joy!!!she was too shocked...same goes for mi:D
and guess what...?the page can finally view in the browser!!We were so happy, cos we were struggling for 3wks on this..finally n finally its working!!smart strawberry(:
the fault lies mainly on the "password" and the connection codes..SIGH...such a waste of our 3wks time..

We even skip our lunch after getting the output~.~ stomach grumbling asking "give me some food" vivi suddenly thought of an idea! she wanted to eat MACDONALD'S, same goes for me..so we decided to call upon delivery..we were pushing each other to call up and order..so excited first time calling=X we both ordered 2set meals of Grilled chicken foldover!!YUM YUM!!food arrived within 30mins down our building NEPES..happily went down tgt and saw a red guy sitting there with our FOOD!paid money and went up..ok shall not elaborate on how we eat =x we both were like hungry ghost!haha..

ah ha...why is today a happy day??
cause we can go back TP!!

the time at motorola was a torture
9am to 12.15pm

finally leaving for lala land

we saw the bus 86 left us behind and there is another bus 163(cant remember num) that bring us to seng kang..amazing
after awhile, the bus came
then when we sit down, edna suddenly squeaked, like a mouse but shes a banana anyway
cause there is an uncle infront of us wearing mao mao hat that looks like a wig but its not.. too bad never take pic

i think the seats there are kinda squeezy and rebellious me demanded to change seats
my legs like to hit the sharp metal..i dunno why..dam pain la

well.. we choose to sit further behind
there.. some ah lian was playing music, jay chou, jj, dong liang and alien
quite loud but we can tarhan cause its music

so the bus slowly floats and reached a sch bus stop
we din notice we have actually arrived at a floating 'pasar malam' or 'fish market'
what i mean is the students actually..
THEY ARE FREAKING NOISY
its like one whole class..omg..so we got no peace, no mushmom(no sleep, no tak tao ku)

we finally reached interchange..out of the DISCO bus
then we need to walk outside to take bus 27..suddenly rain sia
anyway..after bus 27 is bus 15 and FINALLY TP

sooo happy!!
once we get down bus, we are instantly alert
walk pass engine gate, take lift also excited lo..

inside the lift..memorable couple teeeees, matching bags, skinny pants/jeans and black shoes, each with a watch on our left hand which you cant see, hair also around same length, heigth too.. LOL (no planning beforehand)

first stop.. athina station, blk 19 lv 3 to pass her rittle sport chocolate
second stop,, breadboard for lunch and our class guys there too
third stop.. surprise jojo then to the labs
saw all our frens.. dam happy

Monday blueesss

ok i am not going to elaborate in details everyday how we travel there..

we arrived at motorola..
some forgetful banana forget to bring the locker keys

so we had to leave our bags in danger! haha, no la..put beside us lo..table so big anyway

the sad thing is..
no CUPS = no MILO
simple equation eh?

we decided to ransack the pantry for styrofoam cups..lol, anything that can contain hot milo..
tried to open all the cabinets, well..most of them are locked..
when we decided to give up..some aura brought my hand to the handle of a cabinet
annnddd...wahahaha! there are 2 cups in there..waiting for us to collect them =D
but omg...they stink~ so we fill it with hot water to 'xiao du'(remove POISON)
it needs time to remove the stench..so temporary no milo for us

banana decided that she wanted to WORK hard ...

training her fingers by playing the speed typing web that lao lin(wei qiang) gave us

and i took a secret photo

i think its kinda boring to take alone..so i ask nana to pose too

while banana is training hard on her fingers, i sneak away to train my skill too
PAO MILO and.....SUCCESS

we enjoyed them, of course ^__^

for the remaining 'working' time.. we are basically ebuddying, taking turns sleeping, stoning..
and the list goes on~~~

anyway, AFTER LUNCH..

the 3 of us -> me, nana and wilsie was walking back to our work places
SUDDENLY banana scream, jump and grab hard on my hand..
the reason? she saw a chameleon running around the grass!!
i was so shocked because nana's scream was dam loud~ my heart skipped a few beats
think people standing 100m away also can hear her..wahahah

today so funny, i reach at 7am...hmm was wondering where is nana..waited and waited..
suddenly, got vibration in my pocket (it was my hp) it was NANA and she reach already!! OMG
conclusion, we waited for each other at different pillars..you turn left i turn right, LOL

faster fly to the bus, went top and right to the back...lucky got seats,, beside banana is one chatty girl.. keep talk talk talk...we listen to mp3 still can hear sia
disturbs nana from her beauty sleep while bus is floating to motorola

finally reached.. went up a shuttle bus and we did not ask the driver where it leads us to...SCARY~

slowly observe our surroundings..heng it goes to motorola and we did not get down cause bryan says the bus will go another stop.. protect us pls..haha
we are early today!
can make up for being late yesterday?

continue our adventure, some progress everyday..

the technician wanted to reformat our lappy cause got some installation problems
so we need to reinstall all the softwares --- MAFAN

stupid lappy cannot find his fren wireless connection..then no internet lo
flooded him with questions but he din really answer much, cause 6months is enough for a person to forget everything =X

well..thanks him anyway =)

Another day has come..ok same old procedure me and vivi met each other at 7am! It was raining cats and dogs..so troublesome for us..ard 7am i reach the interchange without seeing any vivians around..guess wat!she is still waiting for the bus, as there was too many people trying to board the bus..she also said that there was 2 crazy secondary sch students quarrelling with each other like nobody care..they were screaming and shouting at each other..our shoes was so wet and was freezing cold!

ok finally she reached and i met her..it was about 7.10am if i am not wrong..and we will running LATE!!we boarded a single deck bus 72..cant find any couple seats around again..we have to sit separately..intented to listen to her mp3 but sadly no..once again reach the bus stop..waited for bus 86..waited for very very very long..about 30mins..but none came..saw a bus wrongly which was no.45!was laugh by vivi >.< bryan sms to let us know that do not alight at the wrong stop when taking the shuttle bus..but no point because we are already late..(:

I msg him and tld him that we would reach slighty later..he did not reply..vivi and i thought that he was angry..haha..we reach motorola about 9.15am..we dint report to him..trying to be REBELLIOUS!haha..

aound noon time went for lunch again..with wilson and vivi at tech point..well the food was okay..lots of varieties..mi n vivi ate ban mian whereas wilson eat chicken rice..

went back to motorola nepes..an auntie call lily visit us..she gave us each a name badge?i duno wad is that call..it must be stick beside our desk..well it looks like this..

after work i went home with my bf and vivi wif hers(:

1st day at Nepes

OK..today is 21st of april.. and banana and me decided to meet at 7am at small mac to start our amazing sip/mp adventure.. at MOTOROLA =X

We took bus 72 all the way from tampines interchange to yio chu kang station..hmm,, the trip took us 1hour of our precious life =(
hoho.. the bus was flooooodeeeddd, hence, sadly, we got no couple seats and we are force to sit triple seat ones..

finally we reach yio chu kang and we still need to take bus 86.. when we saw it over the overhead bridge we racing down the stairs, haha..
banana is slow pokeeee

ahaaaa... our destination --- MOTOROLA

we (asked the security): 'eh, where is the main lobby?'
security guard: 'go up turn right and you will see it'

oh lala..are you excited?
we went in, there are 4 nice and colourful seats but but but they are filled with HAIR =S eeeeww
we waited and waited, hmm..it was 8.50am already and we are suppose to meet susan at 8.45am

well, where is everyone?
banana tot it was strange as there is no one except us and we went to ask the receptionist and to our horror! we are at the wrong lobby~

quickly we chiong to the CORRECT one =D
ok...everyone is already there
our names are called for attendance then we collect our temporary passes(do not lost it, the thingy cost $6)

hmm...we folo elvin and susan(motorola people) up to some meeting room.. and have a briefing and did some admin stuff

few hours later...

tada! our nightmare? haha ...banana tan and vivi tan's supervisor was bryan sim,,,hohoho

we were brought to the lv 3a canteen(no lv 4 in motorola..HMM) and then to our favourite building...NEPES(nerds) =X

he brought us to a table and left us there for 1hour?
and he came with a lappy

looks pretty cool..hahaha (no desktops for us, need to wait)

finally, its lunch time~~!
we went to the 3a canteen which is at motorola building to eat.....fish and chips =) not bad la..haha

continued our reading after lunch,,,then a lady named lily approach us ...we were asked to check our particulars and need to make security pass... there was a guy and lily told him to 'lopang us' sooo ...we tot he got vroom vroom..
and folo him to motorola again! yay...by walking! =X kena cheated(never take umbrella somemore...so hot)
and some weather forecast by Mr B says that it will rain..ZZzzZ,, i only see scorched eggyy

walking here and there lo..lol
time is ticking away..quite fast la..hahaz

bryan came to us and gave us some codes.. which means what we are reading for the whole day is actually rubbish? stttuunnn

it was 5.20pm already, at first, we dun dare to go home, then our lovely bryan came to say can go le,,,lock all stuff grab the keys

and we are free to GO GO GO

waited for the shuttle bus to yio chu kang station and finally transfer to bus 72 once again
